These compact Stylos were designed to be "long for the hand, short for the purse or pocket".

Barrel is crisply engraved:

Smooth black hard rubber is in perfect condition, no fading, it looks just like it did about a century ago. Short cap posts to back of barrel. Pen measures 4 inches closed and 4.5 inches with cap posted.

Eyedropper filling, you drop ink into the barrel. The simplest filling system of all!

Stylos write a very firm fine point. Think of them as an early predecessor to today's modern roller ball. Great for illustration, too.

The Mabie Todd Cygnet Stylo Pens are in perfect condition. You can write with them or preserve one as a nice historic pen example.

Gold Starry Fountain Pens

ca. 1950s fountain pens are new old stock from the old French Gold Starry factory. Plunger fillers have new sacs and hold a lot of ink for a smaller sized pen. The blind cap unscrews from end of barrel and you push a clear plunger to fill pen, you can see the ink level in the plunger!

Pens measure 4.5 inches long. Gold plated LeRoc Inox Iridium nibs are a smooth medium point. We've pulled out the old accordion style sacs from these and replaced with new #14 sacs that work perfectly with the plunger. All are new old stock and in new condition.

MI-851	Johnson Student Fountain Pen - Brand new in the package, a clear barreled Johnson Student fountain pen with polished chrome cap, steel nib in med/fine point. Includes 3 cartridges in the package of blue ink. These are unusual carts and I haven't been able to match them up to anything modern, so figure you will have to refill the cartridges eventually if you decide to use this pen. FP measures 4.75 in long. Johnson Pens were made in Nashville. In perfect new condition.	$15
MI-854	Conway Stewart Dinkie Acrylic Prototype Set, Fire Red pattern: marbled red toned acrylic with gold plated trim. Ballpoint has working mechanism, but clip and cap top were never added. Fountain Pen has finished cap top as a single piece (actual models had a separate cap top where clip was inserted between top and barrel), no guts, no section, no nib, no engravings or Conway Stewart marks - strictly a pre-production model. Made ca. 1997-1998 prior to the Conway Stewart line being reintroduced in the US in 1999. Regular production model retailed for about $250. Remember, this is a prototype design and is not in working order.	$100
MI-855	Conway Stewart Dinkie Casein Prototype Fountain Pen, Cracked Ice pattern: marbled black and white. This is a model only - one piece construction - the cap does not remove from barrel, no Conway Stewart maker marks engraved on barrel. Made ca. 1997-1998 prior to the Conway Stewart line being reintroduced in the US in 1999. Regular production model retailed for about $150. Remember, this is a prototype design and is not in working order.	$50

MI793	PaperMate Retractable Ballpoint Pen - This is one of the earliest versions of the PaperMate retractable stick pen style Write Bros. Ballpoint pen. White top piece, black barrel, white clicker button. Chrome clip is engraved Write Bros with the two PaperMate hearts below. Measures 5.5 inches long. Refills are dry. Very good condition.	$10
MI818	LOOK Magazine Mini Ballpoint Pen, Bright blue with white imprint reading: LOOK America's Family Magazine. Measures 3 7/16 inches long. Remember the days when a tiny pen or pencil came with your magazine renewal? LOOK Magazine was published right here in Iowa from 1937 until 1971. Refill is dry, otherwise very good condition and cute little collectible.	$5
MI-839	Zebra Dual Ballpen & Mechanical Pencil, ca. late 1970s, Japan. New old stock in a stunning royal blue and black marbled lacque finish, gold electroplated trim. Twist to extend mini ballpoint refill or 0.5mm diameter lead. Measures 5.25 inches. Normally I think of Zebra as making mass market type pens, but this one is definitely an exception to the rule and very nice! New condition.	$25
MI-864	Monteverde Charisma Convertible Roller Ball-Ballpoint Pen - Stunning faceted barrel in brown & black hard rubber with gold electroplated accents. Twist mechanism uses Schmidt 8126P capless roller ball style refills OR any Parker compatible Ballpoint or Gel refill. This pen has a fresh Schmidt RB refill.
