Tiffany Ballpoint & Pencil Set - This contemporary styled Tiffany
set dates to the 1970s and is made of sterling silver. Engraved rings
encircle the full length of both pen and pencil. Each piece is marked:
Tiffany & Co. Germany Sterling. Ballpoint measures 3 7/8 inches long,
Mechanical Pencil is 3 5/8 inches long. Twist pencil mechanism uses
1.1mm diameter leads. Ballpoint refill is dry and we were unable to
retrofit the unusual little refill, so it is not functioning. No dings
or dents, this set is in excellent condition. |

Carter’s Ballpoint Pen – Very unusual! This red, white and blue
box contains everything you needed to write a name on fabric tape
permanently. The date code on the detailed instructions seems to be 1948
which feels a little early to me for this unusual little ballpoint, but
could be. Included in the box:
Retractable marking ballpoint in blue with bright gold plated cap - you
retract the button on the cap to extend refill and then push down a
button on the side of the cap to retract it. A bit unusual system there!
Wood circular stretcher, white tape with little silver foil holder
wrapped around it. Oodles of instructions everywhere - on the pen, in
the booklet and on the cardboard that holds the stretcher. There are
also scribbles on some of the ribbon, on the cardboard and on the
instructions - I wonder if anything really had a name applied?!? Pen
measures 5 1/8 inches long. Box measures 6.25 x 3.5 inches. Great
graphics on the box. Unusual little set.

pattern, small pen is suitable for wallet, agenda or tuck in a pocket.
Marked at center smooth band: Tiffany & Co Sterling Germany. Measures 4

with a Schmidt 700 refill that we just happened to have one of and it
worked. We don't normally carry this refill, but should be obtainable
from Schmidt if you need to refill in the future. Very good condition. |
