Their stationery is made by the 400 year old
Papierfabrik Schut mill in the Netherlands.
The quality of its paper has allowed the mill to prosper
over the centuries, not to mention delight
the aficionados of G. Lalo fine stationery.

There just aren't many companies making air mail stationery any more and we still get a lot of requests for it. G. Lalo has discontinued this nice 11 lb (very light!) air mail stationery, and we grabbed all they had.

The sheets are pale blue. Envelopes are lined in a darker blue with a red and blue border, alternating Avion and Air Mail on the edge. Sheets measure 5.75 x 8.25 inches. There are 20 sheets and 20 envelopes per box. PLS NOTE: Photo shows white paper, but it is BLUE!

Verge means laid finish, a feel of handmade paper with the appearance of translucent lines running horizontally and vertically in the paper.
