October 20, 2014 - We have two VERY different Eversharps for you today, spanning the decades. They certainly had a long history of making fine writing instruments.


There seems to be a huge interest in vintage dip pens of late, you folks are buying them faster than we can fix them up and post them for sale and we certainly appreciate that. A small update to our Dip Pens section today, more to follow soon.

Esterbrook Dip Less inkstands fly out of here faster than we can find them. Nice example listed today, a Model 444 with the deep red base insert and an early Dip Less style nib instead of the more common Renew Point. Also added today, a classic Esterbrook desk set with unusual Estie fountain pen. It's a steal!

September 10, 2014 - Sheaffer aficionados take note! Lots of great new Sheaffer for you today. September 4, 2014 - Just got in a big batch of Pilot-Namiki blue ink cartridges to fill up your Vanishing Points and most other Pilot fountain pens.


September 3, 2014 - This Sheaffer L Gauge was once used in the factory in Fort Madison, it was recently listed on the website as a sort of mystery item because no one we had spoken for knew what it was for other than something for Prelude manufacture since it was engraved Prelude. Just the other day, a woman who actually used perhaps this gauge or at least one similar to it emailed with details on what it was used for. We've updated the description for you so you'll know exactly what it was intended for.


September 2, 2014 - Vintage inks are not just for ink bottle collectors. Add a pen branded bottle to your pen collection. We have a great Parker for you today. These antique ink bottles make great little inexpensive inkwells, too.
