Of course it explains all of the benefits, including Health and Life insurance. The highest monthly payment at this time was $4.66! There is even an extensive section in the back of the book on prices of various procedures and their costs. A tonsillectomy was $25, Delivery of a Child was $50. The most expensive we saw was $150 for a spinal operation. The policy was issued by the Travelers Insurance Co in Hartford, CT. Measures 5 1/8 x 7.25 inches.
