PK2715 Parker 45 Flighter Ballpoint, USA, ca. early 1960s, concentric engraved rings encircle lower 1.5 inches of barrel, cap actuated – push down cap to extend and retract Parker jotter ballpoint refill. Engraving on side of cap: <AL logo>Stainless Steel Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corporation. Condition is very good except from some light scuff markers where the cap comes in contact with barrel when actuated. Of Note: The Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corp is still in business today, operating out of Pittsburgh.
