Chas M Higgins & Co package insert and printed white linen pen wiper. The black and white ink package insert measures 7 x 10.75 inches and folds down to 2x3 inches to fit inside an ink box. Higgins packed a lot of info into this insert! The white linen pen wiper is printed on one side in black. Info on Higgins’ American India Inks in black and colors with facsimile signature of Chas M Higgins, Inventor. Penwiper measures 2.75 x 8 inches, it has never been used as a penwiper, perfectly clean. Both pieces in very good condition. (1 set avail)
