Hampshire Paper Co Blotter, ca. 1940s, The War Effort is mentioned in the message on blotter and I surmise that this blotter would have been included in a box of Hampshire Stationery. Measures 4.75 x 3.25 inches. Never used, no blots on the blue blotter on backside. Mint condition. (1 avail)
